Access Is Easy for Members
- Members choose a health plan that includes Canopy Health from one of our select insurance companies – Health Net and UnitedHealthcare.
- Members then select a primary care physician (PCP) from our medical group partners.
- Members work with their primary care physician (PCP) to discuss treatment needs. If a specialist is needed your PCP will discuss treatment options with
you. Canopy Health members are encouraged to take an active role in their care!
