Canopy Health members with an active MyCanopyHealth account may delete their accounts inside the MyCanopyHealth app.  

Steps to complete an account deletion.

  1. Members should log into their MyCanopyHealth app.
  2. Select Account Settings from the hamburger menu.
  3. Select the Account option.
  4. Select the Delete Account option.

Additional Information

MyCanopyHealth users id and password is deleted immediately after the Delete Account process is completed by the member.   

Members who have questions or have any issues with the delete account request can submit a support ticket by selecting Customer Support from the hamburger menu.
