Canopy Health has partnered with UnitedHealthcare in Santa Clara and Santa Cruz counties to provide coverage for CalPERS beneficiaries effective January 1, 2024, through the SignatureValue Harmony HMO offering.

The new plan started Jan. 1, 2024. CalPERS members can sign up for the UnitedHealthcare SignatureValue Harmony HMO plan during open enrollment and throughout the year with a qualified life event.
