Founded in 1857, St. Mary’s Medical Center is a full-service 275-bed acute care medical facility located just across the street from Golden Gate Park. Sequoia Hospital proudly serves Redwood City and San Mateo County. In 2014, it opened its new, state-of-the-art hospital pavilion which meets California’s seismic standards.
